Shane Crowley is a true Washingtonian, whose family has deep roots in the local community. His entrepreneurial spirit stems from both his father and his father-in-law, who owns a local flooring business. Shane was inspired to enter the real estate industry in 2015, when he launched Broad Branch Development with his long-time best friend, Jason Weinstein. Their company initially focused on luxury residential development, but their strategy morphed into something more integrated, eventually including sales and consulting. The firm is now organized into 4 companies (including Broad Branch Development), which operate alongside one another, underneath a newly-formed parent company, Broad Branch Partners.

Shane has been a licensed real estate agent since he entered the business in 2015, which has given him unique perspective, as he has not only sold his own units, but has also been active in representing clients in a variety of transactions, both, residential and commercial, over the past 6 years. Shane offers his clients a unique level of expertise in this highly competitive market. The skills he acquired from his legal and development background, along with his deep network in the construction community, allow him to offer his clients an unparalleled set of skills.

Shane lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two kids. He attended Georgetown Day School, Vanderbilt University, and Georgetown Law School. Shane enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family in his spare time.
