In 2018, Broad Branch teamed up with Kweisi "Don" Mfume, Jr. to form CDP (Community Development Partners). Mr. Mfume has an extensive background in the investment banking and financial industry, with over two decades of experience in corporate finance, fixed income, and capital markets. CDP’s mission is to assist community organizations in maintaining their historical presence in Washington D.C. and create a path towards increased financial stability. We provide these organizations with the financial support and real estate development expertise needed to maximize their property values and create sustainable cash flow.
