Lots 44 and 25, Bethesda, MD 20814
The Broad Branch Development has submitted an RFP application with a local development partner to add lots 44 and 25, two Montgomery County controlled surface parking lots, into its development plan for East Bethesda. The development would include roughly 335,000 square feet of multi-family rental and for-sale homes and a brand-new multi-block park system. The potential of adding these surface parking lots into the development plan was part of the strategic acquisition of 4702 West Virginia Avenue. The Broad Branch Development leveraged its relationships with multiple Montgomery County agencies and neighborhood associations to trigger this RFP process and position themselves to incorporate these properties into their development.
